🌿 Ordering & Meals

How do I place an order?
Easy! Just head to our Menu page, choose your meals and add-ons, select your delivery day (Saturday or Sunday), and check out. We require a minimum of three (3) days’ notice to prepare your meals. 

Are your meals really 100% plant-based?
Yes, absolutely! Every single dish we make is 100% plant-based, dairy-free, and packed with Caribbean-inspired flava.

Do you cater to dietary needs like gluten-free or nut-free?
Some of our meals are naturally gluten-free or nut-free, and we label them clearly. If you have allergies or specific needs, just drop us a note when you order and we’ll do our best to accommodate. While we take precautions, our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens, including nuts, soy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

🚚 Delivery

When do you deliver?
We deliver fresh meals every Saturday and Sunday. You can choose your preferred day at checkout.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Birmingham, Dudley and Wolverhampton. Not sure if we cover your postcode? Reach out and we’ll confirm!

What time will my meals arrive?
Delivery times vary, but we aim to have all meals dropped off between 10am – 7pm. You’ll get a confirmation once your order is on the way.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or the Client’s absence, an additional charge may apply for re-delivery. Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries.

🥶 Storage & Heating

How should I store my meals?
Meals arrive fresh and can be kept in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. You can also freeze most dishes for later.

How do I reheat them?
Just pop your meal in the microwave for 2–3 minutes or warm it in the oven until hot throughout. Instructions are included with every order!

💳 Payments & Policies

How do I pay for my meal prep order?
All orders must be paid in full before they can be confirmed. We accept payments through the methods specified on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and secure online payments through our website.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund, minus any incurred costs. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are non-refundable.
